One of the issue when using Sbcglobal mail on Google Chrome is the SSL error. It is a snag where the users are not sure whether they are signing to the official Sbcglobal mail or not. This error needs to be fixed otherwise the risk factor would start to increase.
• Open the Google Chrome browser>Menu>Settings
• Then click on advanced settings and after that navigate to the Content Settings option.
• You will be able to see the privacy section and a dialog box and select the cookies section and after that Allow local data to be set so as to provide permission for both first and third party cookies.
If you are unable to enable the SSL security, then contact SBCGlobal Customer support number for further guidance.
